Pale pink in colour, and slightly cloudy with lees. A soft, clean mouthfeel with fine bubbles and gentle acidity. Plenty of vibrant fruits like guava, nectarine and Tahitian lime. Wild yeast, no additions, no filtration, no fining, no sulphur, 100% natural. Serve very chilled and open carefully.
