A pale salmon pink colour with aromas of tropical guava and raspberry, with added complexity from partial fermentation in French oak barrels. A delicate lightly viscous mouthfeel with good fruit intensity balanced with lees and subtle oak complexity. The fruit persists through to a clean, slightly tannic, sweet and savoury finish.
