In the rare event that incorrect goods are delivered, or your order arrives damaged or flawed, we will replace or refund the bottles concerned. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange/refund. You may be asked to provide evidence of the issue or return the bottles in question. We are unable to accept return of wine that was ordered in error, or for change of mind purchases.
